Privacy Policy

Plain-English privacy.

The short version: we collect the minimum we need to answer you and run the service. We never sell your information, and we never share SMS opt-in data with anyone. Your business owns its lead data. You can ask us to show, fix, or delete your info anytime at max@asnd.ai.

Information we collect

When you contact us. Your name, business, email, phone number, and whatever you write in your message — only what you choose to give us.

Pilot and lead data. When a business runs ASND, we process their sales leads on their behalf: contact details the lead provided and the text conversation transcripts our AI generates. We act as a service provider to that business — they decide what data goes in, and the data belongs to them (see "Who owns pilot data" below).

SMS program data. Phone numbers enrolled in texting programs, records of how and when consent was given, and message history. This is what lets us prove every text was wanted — and honor every opt-out.

Basic site analytics. We may collect simple, aggregated statistics about how the site is used — pages visited, browser type, approximate region. We don't use advertising trackers or sell browsing data.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiries, to run demos and pilots, to operate and improve the service, and to meet legal obligations (like honoring opt-outs and keeping consent records). That's the whole list. We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for anyone else's marketing.

SMS program disclosures

ASND powers text conversations for service and sales businesses. When you text with one of those businesses, the messages come from their phone number; ASND is the platform running quietly underneath.

Consent. You'll only receive texts if you gave prior express consent — for example, you texted the business first, you submitted a form with your number, or you otherwise opted in. Consent applies only to the business you gave it to and is never shared or transferred.

Frequency. These are real conversations, not blasts, so message frequency varies. Expect a few messages per conversation, plus follow-ups only if you've asked to stay in touch or have an open inquiry.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel immediately — you'll get one confirmation text and then nothing further, ever. Reply HELP for help, or email us at max@asnd.ai. Opt-outs are honored promptly and kept on a permanent do-not-text list.

No sharing of opt-in data. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for messaging are used only to provide the messaging service you requested.

Who owns pilot data

Your business does — leads, conversations, scores, all of it. We process it only to run your service, we don't mine it for other customers, and if you cancel, you keep everything. Ask us and we'll delete our copies too.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — answering you, running your pilot, or meeting a legal requirement. Opt-out records are kept permanently so we never text someone who said stop. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or ask the owning business what to do with it.

Security

We protect data with reasonable safeguards: limited access (only people who need it), encrypted connections, and the boring operational discipline you'd hope for. No system connected to the internet is 100% secure, so we don't claim ours is — but we take it seriously and fix issues fast when we find them.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email max@asnd.ai and we'll get back to you within 30 days. If your data came through one of our business customers (for example, you texted with a dealership using ASND), we may route your request through them since they own that data.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers. If we store anything in your browser, it's only the minimum needed for the site to function (like remembering a preference).

Children's privacy

ASND is a business product and this site isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you think a child has given us information, email max@asnd.ai and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top and post the new version here. The version on this page is always the current one.
